Qualifications

• 6 months cash handling and customer service experience (minimum)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude
• Ability to communicate with customers professionally
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, recognizing red flags regarding frauds and scams
• Assist customers with basic account maintenance and digital banking tools
• Perform teller functions including cash handling, receipts, and balancing cash drawer
