• Cash handling and customer service experience (6 months minimum).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and recognize fraud red flags.
• Assist with basic account maintenance and digital banking tools.
• Perform teller functions including deposits, cash handling, receipts, and balancing cash drawer.
