Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years cash handling in a customer-facing role.
• 2 years customer service experience.
• 1 year in retail banking or financial services sales.
• 1 year consumer, business and fiduciary account openings or training.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, self-motivated team player.
• Intermediate computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Open new consumer and business deposit accounts and process paperwork.
• Process transactions, recognize fraud red flags and ensure accuracy.
• Provide referrals to other business lines (insurance, real estate, etc.).
• Promote cross-selling to meet sales and service goals.
• Assist customers with account changes and online products/services questions.
• Perform teller duties: deposits, cash handling, receipts, checks, end-of-day balancing.
• Travel to branches within the market to cover staffing needs.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
• Comply with bank policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Occasional training travel to Eagan, MN.
