Minnwest Bank in Montevideo, MN is hiring a Universal Banker to deliver exceptional customer service, handle transactions, and support consumer lending and digital banking education across branches. The role includes travel to local branches with mileage reimbursement and a $1.00/hour differential when working away from home location.

The starting pay range is $18.40–$20.70 per hour, with Minnesota benefits and a commitment to community banking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year cash handling and customer service experience.
• Successful completion of consumer account opening training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn banking systems and procedures.
• Teamwork and face-to-face interaction.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service during all customer interactions.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with basic account maintenance and digital banking tools.
• Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination with other employees and departments.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
