Qualifications

• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of math, debits, credits, and banking products.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Open new accounts, issue checks, perform maintenance, money transfers, etc.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals.
• Cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
