You will accurately process debit and credit transactions, open new accounts, issue ATM cards, and help clients reach their financial goals with friendly, personalized service. The ideal candidate has strong math and balancing skills, cross-selling ability, and excellent customer service.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Open new accounts and provide banking services.
• Resolves client questions or directs to appropriate resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
