Job summary

National Bank of Arizona’s Yuma Foothills branch is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to provide friendly, accurate banking services to our customers. You’ll handle transactions, open accounts, and support cross-selling of bank products while maintaining balanced cash drawers.

Spanish-English bilingual abilities are preferred, and we value community-minded team players who help clients reach their financial goals. 40-hour workweek, Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and related customer service or cashiering experience.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of banking products, debits, and credits.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills are required.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately following bank policies.
• Assist clients with new accounts, maintenance, transfers, and other services.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate branch resources.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
