Job summary

National Bank of Arizona in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Mesa Main branch. This 20-hour/week role supports daily teller tasks and customer service in a community bank environment.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic math and balancing skills, and strong customer service. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; schedule is Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience.
• Basic math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, banking.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions in line with policies, maintaining a balanced record.
• Identify client needs and provide banking services (new accounts, checks, transfers, etc.).
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
