Job summary

National Bank of Arizona in Mesa is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate (Teller) for 20 hours per week. You will process transactions, open accounts, and cross-sell bank products while delivering friendly, accurate service.

The role requires a High School Diploma, cash handling experience, and the ability to work Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Benefits start day one for 20+ hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy and maintain balancing records.
• Open new accounts, issue counter checks, perform account maintenance, issue/activate ATM cards, perform money transfers, order checks, receive loan payments.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify client needs and cross-sell bank products accordingly.
• Other duties as assigned.
