Job summary

National Bank of Arizona is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Round Valley/Eagar branch. This 25-hour position involves processing transactions, opening accounts and assisting clients with banking needs in a community-branch setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong math and cash handling skills, and the ability to cross-sell products. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Schedule is Mon-Fri 10:00 AM–3:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Basic math, cash handling and banking product knowledge expected.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies and balance records.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, money transfers, check orders and more.
• Resolve client issues or refer to appropriate branch resources.
• Cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
