Qualifications

• Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Assist clients with opening accounts and banking services.
• Resolve client problems independently or via referrals.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products.
• Other duties as assigned.
