National Bank Of Arizona is seeking a seasoned Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Wellton branch. You will handle daily debit/credit transactions, assist clients with account services, and help meet their financial needs in a supportive community bank setting.

The role emphasizes accurate balancing, strong customer service, and the ability to identify cross-sell opportunities while adhering to FDIC and EEO guidelines. This position is open until filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and related experience such as cashiering or customer service.
• Basic math, cashiering, balancing, debits/credits, and banking products knowledge.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Assist clients with opening accounts, maintenance, and other banking services.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to meet client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
