Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policy.
• Identify client needs and provide services (new accounts, transfers, etc.).
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Cross-sell the bank's products based on client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
