Job summary

National Bank of Arizona seeks a Client Service Associate (Teller) for the Wellton branch. You will handle transactions, assist clients with new accounts and related banking services, and resolve issues with a customer-centric approach.

Strong balancing and customer service skills are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Work schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:15 AM–5:15 PM, 40 hrs/week, with competitive benefits and community-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client's needs.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions while balancing per policies.
• Assist clients by opening new accounts, issuing checks, performing transfers and related tasks.
• Resolve client issues directly or via branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to banking products as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
