Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience beneficial.
• Solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures; maintain balancing record.
• Identify client needs and offer services such as opening accounts, issuing cards, transfers, checks, loan payments, etc.
• Resolve client problems directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Cross-sell the bank's products based on client needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
