Qualifications

• CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum 2-3 years in property management / community management.
• Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team.
• Experienced in managing complex developer portfolios and relationships.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowner inquiries and support Boards with governance needs.
• Oversee daily operations and portfolio performance for assigned communities.
• Prepare and present monthly financial and operational reports to Boards.
• Manage vendor contracts, bids, and project delivery within budget.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and industry regulations.
• Lead and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
