Associa is seeking a Community Manager I to oversee a portfolio of community associations, coordinating with homeowners, vendors, board members, and Associa staff. This role requires travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and participate in community events as needed.

You will prepare agendas, manage reports and annual disclosures, update files, monitor finances, support ARB applications, and ensure adherence to management agreements and policies.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold CAM license for Illinois.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations.
• Proficiency in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Proficiency in conflict resolution techniques.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties.

Aufgaben

• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and attend community events.
• Prepare agendas, update management reports, and compile documents for Board packages.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and financial statement packages for homeowners and mail within statutory timelines.
• Update homeowner and association information in systems and shared files.
• Coordinate and oversee inspection of facilities and arrange follow-up actions.
• Oversee AP and procurement processes per Associa procedures.
• Review monthly financial reports and assist in preparing management summaries for Boards.
• Oversee ARB application processing and on-site inspections as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors and homeowners.
