Job summary

Associa seeks a Community Manager I to supervise a portfolio of community associations. You will interact with homeowners, vendors, board members and Associa staff to ensure smooth operations.

You will travel to client associations for board meetings, prepare agendas and board packages, and manage annual disclosure packages and notices. You will update records, oversee inspections, and monitor budgets and AP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and community association experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with homeowners associations or property management is desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret management reports and documents.
• Proficiency in professional business correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings and events.
• Prepare agendas and board meeting packets.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages and notices.
• Update association information in C3 and shared files.
• Oversee AP processes and vendor procurement.
• Review monthly financial reports and management summaries.
