FirstService Residential in Florida is seeking a Jr Manager to support senior management in the overall Community Association operations and to deliver exceptional service to owners, residents, clients and vendors.

You will handle daily financial recordkeeping, assist with board materials, and coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain schedules and reports. The role demands strong communication, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of basic accounting/budgeting procedures.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors at all times.
• Respond to inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
• Assist with daily general financial management and recordkeeping.
• Assist with bid process.
• Conduct regular inspections of site and maintain records.
• Attend Board meetings and assist with meeting materials.
