Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Junior Manager to help oversee property operations in Florida. You will support lease administration, income/expense management, facilities management, and tenant relations under policy guidelines.

This role involves on-site activities, vendor coordination, and regular tenant communications. The ideal candidate has 2 years on-site management experience, a bachelor’s degree in business, and CAM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an on-site manager
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Certified and Licensed by the State of Florida for CAM preferred

Responsibilities

• Manages field activities for a property or group of properties
• Oversees tracking and response to tenant service requests
• Maintains tenant relations and regular communication with tenants
• Performs quarterly property inspections
• Coordinates insurance requirements for properties and vendors
• Prepares tenants’ manuals, safety procedures and related communications
• Assists in monthly reports and operating/capital budgets
• Establishes industry contacts and networks within the marketplace
• Promotes a positive, collaborative culture within the building management team
