Job summary

International Workplace Group plc is hiring a Part Time Community Associate at our North Myrtle Beach center. This on-site role requires 20 hours per week, with daily tasks supporting customers, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth operations to help clients run their businesses.

You will greet customers, handle requests, manage center tasks, assist with events and communications, and keep accurate invoices and records, all while maintaining our high standard of service and a welcoming

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in the center and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle requests, coordinate services, and assist with center operations.
• Set up meeting rooms, projectors, and other equipment as needed.
• Manage invoicing and service charges accurately.
• Assist with event planning and outreach within the center network.
