Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service preferred.
• Able to take ownership of issues and resolve them.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable in fast-changing environments.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to run the center smoothly.
• Manage tickets and service requests, ensuring accurate invoicing.
• Set up equipment (projectors, rooms) and assist with WiFi access.
• Coordinate with center events and posters, and support networking activities.
