Job summary

IWG in Eagan, MN is seeking a Community Associate to support customers and nurture a vibrant center community. You'll handle administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations to help customers run their businesses.

You'll manage daily inquiries, set up services, coordinate with the Community Manager on events, and maintain a welcoming, organized center with a strong focus on service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to take ownership of problems and solve them
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the country and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Manage the center's daily operations and assist customers with inquiries
• Set up services (WiFi, directions, projectors) and help customers in a friendly manner
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on events and networking activities
• Create and maintain a welcoming, organized community within the center
