Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing or community building.
• Experience building relationships with clients, groups, or partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute community strategy.
• Establish and manage local relationships with ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studios, and partners.
• Engage guests on the floor, provide product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, and/or host local and regional community events.
• Review community data and share insights with store leadership.
