Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Houston is seeking a Community Specialist to implement the store's local community strategy, build relationships with ambassadors and partners, and support product seeding and studio collaborations. You will also deliver a world-class guest experience on the floor while bringing community insights to store leadership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of cumulative experience in customer service or engagement, grassroots marketing, brand engagement or community building.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy to life through community foundations and guest experience.
• Establish and manage local relationships (Ambassadors, Sweat Collective, studio owners) to increase guest acquisition and retention.
• Engage with the local community to identify Ambassador or partner opportunities and strengthen the store as a community hub.
• Connect with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Attend, support, or host local and regional Community events.
• Execute the product seeding strategy through community partners and Ambassadors.
• Review community data to share insights and recommendations with store leadership.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment welcoming differences.
