Associated Recreation Council (ARC) is seeking a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to elevate ARC’s Seattle presence and strengthen the partnership with Seattle Parks & Recreation. Under the Chief Advancement Officer, you will develop digital content, manage ARC’s website, and support donor communications to engage volunteers and program participants.
This role focuses on storytelling, social media, events promotion, and audience engagement to broaden ARC’s reach and impact across the city.

We’re seeking a motivated and creative Communications & Marketing Coordinator to help elevate ARC’s presence across the Seattle community and to strengthen the visibility of our partnership with Seattle Parks & Recreation (SPR).
Under the guidance of the Chief Advancement Officer, this role supports ARC’s programs and operations through effective storytelling and outreach. You will develop digital and social media content, maintain ARC’s website, support donor communication efforts, and promote ARC’s many events and activities aimed at community engagement.
This position plays a vital role in expanding ARC’s network of supporters and increasing public awareness of the impactful recreation and enrichment programs we provide throughout the city.
