ACRS seeks a full-time ADMIN-GEN - Client Retention Coordinator -Temporary in our Administrative Services department who serves as the primary coordinator for agency-wide planning, communication, and implementation of client retention efforts related to Medicaid requirements and redetermination timelines. This role leads the coordination of next steps across programs, departments, and community partners to ensure a consistent and proactive approach to maintaining client coverage. Responsibilities include client outreach, eligibility navigation, resource connection, compliance support, and strategic case coordination to reduce avoidable coverage loss. The position ensures clients are informed about qualifying activities, understand documentation requirements, and receive timely support to maintain eligibility and access to services. This temporary position is currently funded through December 31, 2026. Continuation beyond that date is contingent upon a review of available funding and approval of an extension.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
WORKING CONDITIONS: The position requires regular mobility within the office or workspace, may involve sitting for extended periods throughout the day and the ability to handle objects, tools, or controls. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 20 pounds may be required. Involves tasks where visual acuity is beneficial.
This position is hybrid, with work divided between remote and on-site locations. Approximately 90% of the work will be performed remotely (telecommuting), while the remaining 10% will be conducted on-site. These hybrid work expectations are subject to change at the agency’s discretion. The noise level in the on-site work environment is moderate.
