Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a proactive Communications Manager for Service & Integrations. Hybrid role with three days in the West Malling office, responsible for guiding client communications during acquisitions and integrations, and for keeping clients informed of service updates and changes.

Qualifications

• Proven stakeholder management experience.
• Communications or marketing experience within a B2B organisation.
• End-to-end project management with on-time delivery.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot for email communications and campaigns.
• Practical design skills to create on-brand documents.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach, taking ownership and driving actions through to completion.
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead communication projects from initiation through to successful completion.
• Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Develop project plans, timelines and communication schedules, ensuring delivery against deadlines.
• Own communications for each acquisition and integration, ensuring acquired clients experience a smooth transition.
• Act as the central point of coordination for communication-related projects.
• Create, design, edit and proofread engaging client communications and documents.
• Build and send email communications through HubSpot.
• Coordinate stakeholder input and approval processes.
• Track project progress, identify risks and proactively drive solutions.
• Own business templates and reference documents, keeping them accurate and up to date.
• Manage the marketing inbox, triaging and routing enquiries promptly.
• Develop tools, including self-service and AI-enabled solutions, that save teams time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, recommending enhancements to communication processes and delivery.
• Ensure communications are aligned with company branding and tone of voice and meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Measure and report on communication effectiveness where appropriate.
