Job summary

Aprio is hiring a Senior Associate, M&A Integration Communications to guide planning and execution of communications across active mergers and acquisitions. You will keep employees, clients, and stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned while collaborating with HR, Marketing, IT, and Finance.

Reporting to the Director, you will manage multiple integrations, ensure timely, consistent messaging, and support leadership communications, town halls, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of corporate communications experience.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale change initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans for mergers and integrations.
• Lead executive communications, firm-wide announcements, FAQs, and client messaging.
• Coordinate town halls and leadership communications with stakeholders.
• Align messaging with Aprio’s brand and business objectives.
• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies during integrations.
