Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Director, Integration Communications to lead the firm’s integration communications for the Global Transformation Office. The role requires strategic storytelling, executive messaging, and a calendar-driven approach to inform partners, leaders and acquired entities through the integration journey.

You will build and scale a communications team, partner with GTA Communications and Change Management, and shape channels, templates and playbooks to ensure consistent,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification a plus.
• 10+ years of internal, change or transformation communications experience.
• Experience communicating through M&A, integration or large-scale operating model change.
• Proven ability to advise and write for senior executives and partner audiences.
• Experience operating within an enterprise transformation or PMO governance model.
• Track record of building scalable communications infrastructure—channels, templates, toolkits—rather than bespoke work.
• Exceptional writing, editing and stakeholder-management skills; strong judgment on sensitive matters.
• Experience working across multiple regions, cultures and languages.
• Excellent communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and intranet platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration narrative and messaging across regions and entities.
• Develop and manage the communications calendar aligned to the GTO wave-based roadmap.
• Translate operating model decisions into credible, audience-ready language.
• Establish messaging architectures and language libraries by audience.
