Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology project management experience.
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions technology integrations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with wealth management tech and regulated industries preferred.
• PM/Agile certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech integration workstreams for newly acquired advisory firms from due diligence through onboarding.
• Develop and manage integration project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Define integration requirements with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Coordinate migration and onboarding of CRM, portfolio platforms, and document systems.
• Facilitate discovery sessions on technology landscape and workflows.
• Collaborate with Security, Infra, Engineering, Data, and Operations teams.
• Track status, decisions, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Manage third-party vendors involved in conversions and implementations.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve onboarding.
