Anthropic is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to serve as a dedicated communications partner to our go-to-market (GTM) organization – the teams responsible for selling and diffusing Claude into enterprises around the world.

Internal communications at Anthropic is not a support function; you’ll act as an advisor who embeds with leaders, writes on their behalf, and helps plan all-hands and organizational changes with operational excellence.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 15+ years in communications or adjacent craft with high-stakes material.
• Experience advising senior leaders and building trusted relationships.
• Experience in AI, frontier tech, or fast-moving organizations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Own the internal communications strategy for the GTM portfolio.
• Advise the Chief Commercial Officer and leadership team on messaging.
• Manage a small team (1–2 directs) within a global GTM org.
• Translate sales strategy and customer stories into clear narratives.
• Anticipate communications needs and have a ready plan.
• Design strategies to elevate priority messages and reduce noise.
• Plan internal fora like all-hands and AMAs with excellence.
• Collaborate with the broader internal comms team to ensure consistency.
