Job summary

Ventura Community Partners (VCP) seeks an Integration Manager to lead post‑acquisition integrations for the Integration Management Office (IMO). You will build and run the plan from pre‑close to operations handoff, coordinating Finance, HR, IT, Legal and Operations while serving as day‑to‑day contact for acquired leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in integration, transformation or program management, incl. 3+ years in M&A integration.
• End-to-end integration leadership from pre-close to handoff to operations.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with cross-functional knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree required and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Stand up the integration plan, workspace, milestones and timelines with functional leads.
• Drive integration across Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Legal and Operations.
• Track workstreams, surface risks, and manage scope changes.
• Build Day 1 readiness plan and lead communication planning.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and maintain executive updates.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
