Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned M+C PMO lead for the V&A Team to guide the due diligence communications and deal phase workstream across Americas. You will coordinate multiple deals, align with brand and communications, and ensure timely, compliant delivery of announcements.

We value strong stakeholder management, outstanding writing and presentation skills, and experience in mergers and acquisitions within a global, remote/hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing and communications within a corporate or deal-focused environment.
• Proven project management skills with ability to meet milestones across concurrent deals.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and communicating status across teams and leadership.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) preferred; familiarity with deal diligence and integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the M+C workstream during due diligence for multiple deals, acting as overall PMO until handover.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, workshops, and communications plans with target companies and deal sponsors.
• Develop core messages explaining rationale for acquisitions and coordinate brand transition plans.
• Manage creation and approval of communications deliverables and announcement materials.
• Prepare teams for seamless handover to PMI and coordinate across remote/hybrid teams.
