Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Communications or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, communications measurement or related roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of Power BI/Tableau for dashboards.
• Knowledge of media monitoring, social listening and measurement methods.
• Strong data storytelling skills with clear implications and actions.

Responsibilities

• Measurement and Reporting: manage analytics, dashboards and views for performance.
• Data Quality and Integration: connect data from media, social, sentiment and channels.
• Dashboard Development: build Power BI or Tableau dashboards for access and interpretation.
• Insight-to-Action Storytelling: translate trends into recommended actions and planning inputs.
• Reporting Automation: automate data collection and dashboard refresh processes.
• Issue Escalation Support: flag risks and elevate to leadership as needed.
• Tool and Process Improvement: act as power user for measurement platforms.
