Job summary

Confidential, Nashville-based company, is seeking a Commission Operations Specialist to support our commissions function. Reporting to the Manager, Commissions, this role will help maintain a disciplined, auditable commissions process.

You will gather inputs, validate data, prepare recurring reports, assist with reconciliations and inquiries, and help identify process improvements. A strong Excel background and attention to detail are required, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of financial analysis or operations experience.
• Experience with large data sets, forecasting, reporting and data validation.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with controls, reconciliations, and rebates.

Responsibilities

• Support commission and rebate calculations by validating inputs.
• Prepare recurring reports and reconciliations.
• Respond to inquiries related to commissions and rebates.
• Maintain documentation, calendars, and payout materials.
• Identify issues and drive process improvements.
