Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated is seeking a Senior Commissions Analyst to own the end-to-end commission process for our global sales organization. Reporting to the Global Sales Commission Manager, you will ensure payments are accurate and on time while partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and HR.

This role requires strong data skills, Excel mastery, experience with Oracle EBS and Salesforce, and the ability to explain complex calculations to varied audiences across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commissions or incentive compensation.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting commission processes.
• Strong communication and ability to explain complex calculations clearly.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Calculate monthly and quarterly sales commissions.
• Analyze and organize large data into reports.
• Maintain end-to-end commission process documentation.
• Research commission payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales executives and frontline teams to address questions.
• Explain commission calculations and quota assignments clearly.
• Work across functions to ensure smooth processes.
• Adapt to a fast-paced global environment.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline Excel-based calculations.
