Job summary

Cordance seeks a Revenue Operations Analyst to own commissions and compensation across the sales organization and to support RevOps reporting. You will manage plan administration, onboarding of acquisitions, and BI-driven dashboards to improve CRM data quality and KPI reporting.

The role requires 2–4+ years in RevOps or related analytics, advanced Excel, and experience with CPQ tools. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field is required; remote stipend for off-site work is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Engineering.
• 2–4+ years in RevOps, sales compensation, or business analysis.
• Experience with sales incentive compensation design and administrative processes.
• Experience with cloud-based sales commissions tools (SPIFFs) and related platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Administer commission plans for AEs, SDRs and sales leadership.
• Own commissions software platform including uploads, adjustments and enhancements.
• Manage variable compensation payments and SPIFF payouts.
• Onboard acquired units into commissions process and train sellers/BU leaders.
• Deliver month-end close on commissions and respond to inquiries.
