Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Commissions to lead the Commissions group within the Magenta Service Center.

You will oversee operational and analytical work on Sales/Care incentive compensation, guiding Sr Analysts and Analysts, and collaborating with Sales Executives to drive value and customer experience. You will partner with Finance and Operations to optimize processes, ensure SLAs are met, and implement automation where possible.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office skills required.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience managing an operational group is preferred.
• Finance, accounting, budgeting, and sales compensation knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to SLAs.
• Align executive strategy to tactical execution.
• Drive process improvements in commissions and sales ops.
• Collaborate with Sales/Care Management, Finance and Operations for guidance and problem-solving.
• Automate commission functions where possible.
• Maintain awareness of upcoming issues and ensure coverage.
