Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Commissions to lead the Operations and Analysis of Sales/Care Incentive Compensation within the Magenta Service Center.

The role supervises Sr Analysts and Analysts, supporting Sales/Care teams and the Compensation Design Team, and partners with Sales Executives to drive effective, fiscally sound solutions. The position requires strong program management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with on-site work at the Overland Park office at least 3

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years managing an operational group is preferred.
• 2-4 years work experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting with Sales compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to departmental SLAs.
• Align executive strategy to tactical implementation.
• Drive process improvements within commissions and sales operations.
• Collaborate with Sales/Care Management, Finance, and Operations to provide leadership and insights.
• Automate commission functions where possible.
• Aim for high service quality and anticipate issues.
• Serve as a liaison for Compensation Policy and processes with other teams.
