Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Commissions in Overland Park, KS to lead the Operations and Analysis of Sales/Care Incentive Compensation within the Magenta Service Center.

This role supervises Sr Analysts and Analysts, guiding compensation design and coordinating efforts that drive sales and improve customer experience. You will work daily with Sales Executives, Finance and other Operations teams to provide leadership, insights, and automation of commission functions, ensuring SLA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years managing an operational group.
• 2-4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Forecasting, or Budgeting, and sales compensation experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring operational excellence and successful adherence of departmental service level agreements
• Align executive strategic direction to tactical implementation
• Drive process improvements within commissions and other sales operations processes
• Work daily with Sales/Care Management, Finance, and peer Operations teams to provide leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations.
• Administer and seek automation of commission functions
• Responsible for achieving service quality results, as well as being proactive regarding upcoming issues or concerns
• Act as a process liaison for multiple Compensation Policy and Processes and working with other teams to ensure operations are being covered accordingly
