UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to be the face of UniFirst for our customers on an assigned route, delivering garments and products and growing relationships with daily pickups and deliveries.

You’ll work independently, load/unload trucks, ensure on-time service, and identify upselling opportunities to grow your route. This daytime Mon–Fri role has no nights or weekends, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Driver's license with clean driving record; 21+; eligible to operate company vehicles.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using new software and devices.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on feet for extended periods.

• Manage an assigned route; primary contact for customers; daily deliveries and pickups.
• Support daily operations; load/unload route trucks; ensure accuracy at start of day.
• Deliver reliable, on-time service and returns; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships; upsell garments and products used by customers.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities on the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road; operate company vehicle; prioritize safety.
