Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pickup garments daily, and build strong customer relationships. The role offers commission-based earnings from day one and a stable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

You will be the face of UniFirst on the road, ensuring safety, accuracy, and high-quality service while identifying upsell opportunities to grow your route and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Customer-focused with ability to work independently.
• Experience in route sales or delivery is a plus.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations: load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service: on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships: build rapport and upsell products to customers.
• Drive sales growth: identify upselling opportunities to expand your route."
• Represent UniFirst on the road: operate the company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety first.
• Engage in a physically active role: work indoors and outdoors with energy and safety in mind.
• Contribute to service excellence: troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory and safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends, same route every week.
