Job summary

UniFirst, a nationwide garment services leader, seeks a Route Service Representative to manage daily garment deliveries and pickups, grow customer accounts, and represent the company on the road. You’ll work independently, build strong relationships, and take ownership of your route.

This role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekend work, opportunities to upsell and increase earnings, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team with loading and unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and introduce new garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow your route.
• Operate the company walk-in truck along designated routes.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments and prioritize safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues and manage inventory.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday schedule servicing the same route.
