Job summary

UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong relationships with customers. You will work independently on the road, ensuring accurate deliveries and great service.

You will load/unload, support daily operations, and identify upsell opportunities to grow the route. Expect a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a required physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using new technologies to improve operations.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and starting each day efficiently.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling items.
• Identify opportunities to upsell new garments, products, and services on the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road while prioritizing safety and exceptional service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with Monday–Friday daytime hours and no nights or weekends.
