Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage deliveries and pickups on a dedicated route. You’ll be the face of UniFirst to customers, building relationships and ensuring reliable service.

This field-based role involves loading, unloading, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining safety while delivering garments and products on a consistent schedule. Monday–Friday daytime hours, with no nights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as primary contact for customers.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell products.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with a safety focus.
• Maintain inventory and comply with safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with Monday–Friday daytime hours.
