UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily, building strong customer relationships, and representing UniFirst with reliability and professionalism.

This field-based role offers daytime Mon-Fri hours with no nights or weekends, commission-based earnings from day one, opportunities for growth, training through our SCP program, and a supportive, inclusive work culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and possess and maintain a valid Quebec Class 5 driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Educational requirements: High school diploma or CAEC is required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: assist service team by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport, address service needs, and introduce new garments and products.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes, prioritize safety.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work in indoor/outdoor environments, maintain high energy and safety.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
