Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to deliver and pick up garments on a fixed daily route, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring reliable service.

You will load and unload trucks, maintain safe driving practices, and seek opportunities to upsell while representing UniFirst on the road.

This field-based role offers daytime Monday–Friday hours with no nights or weekends and a commission-based earnings potential from day one.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean driving record; 21+; eligible to operate company vehicles.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills; able to work independently.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable using new technologies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks, ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time deliveries and returns with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport and upsell on the route.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upsell opportunities to increase earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck.
• Engage in a Physically Active Role: work in indoor and outdoor environments with safety focus.
• Contribute to Service Excellence: troubleshoot issues, manage inventory, ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a Predictable Schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours.
