PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to act as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue while delivering a world-class experience to residents.

You'll convert leads into leases, conduct compelling tours, follow up diligently, and maintain up-to-date pricing and availability. This role requires a motivated closer who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales or leasing experience.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver tours that identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
