Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at a designated community. You’ll close leads, conduct engaging tours, and deliver a world-class resident experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include converting leads, maintaining pricing knowledge, and keeping CRM data accurate. Weekend hours and a proven sales record are required; compensation includes commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience required.
• Proven track record of achieving sales/leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems (Yardi, Entrata, RealPage or similar).
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach (calls, emails, texts).
• Timely follow-up and personalized tours to maximize conversions.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close leases.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion and occupancy.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve leasing goals and drive revenue.
• Support resident experience and community operations as needed.
